Loader Operator, Goderich

Tomlinson is currently seeking an individual to fill a Loader Operator position at our Goderich Dock. This is a seasonal role from April to November.

Location: Goderich, ON

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Loading aggregates to customer trucks
- Maintain equipment and report any defects in a timely manner
- Operate various equipment as needed
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while working
- Be willing and capable of performing manual labour when required
- Assist with receiving of inbound and outbound vessels to ensure materials are discharged and or loaded as per direction from supervisor.
- Perform all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite and dock area, including proper housekeeping, removal of debris, and keeping work areas clear of hazards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently and in a protected manner
- Basic computer skills would be an asset
- Ability to work four days per week 5am to 3pm
- May require some weekend and after hour work





COMPENSATION INFORMATION The expected range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 per hour. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience
