As a Loans Analyst, you’ll help drive sales team success by preparing high - quality credit submissions, completing complex loan administration tasks and supporting strong customer relationships.

What you’ll do

- Review customer information and prepare clear, accurate credit submissions

- Establish conditions, covenants and security requirements within approved guidelines

- Confirm all credit requests meet policy before moving them forward for approval

- Support Relationship Managers by analyzing structure, risk and customer needs

- Monitor loan compliance,



complete account reviews and process administrative requests

- Work directly with Credit Management to structure, assess and recommend loan terms

- Connect with customers as needed to clarify details or gather additional information

- Research industry and enterprise trends to strengthen ag riculture knowledge

- C ollaborate with internal partners to serve customers effectivel y

What you’ll bring to the team

Required q ualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business , economics or agriculture

- Minimum f our years of experience in commercial lending ( or a combination of education and experience )

- Solid understanding of agriculture and ag ri business financial structures

- Experience assess ing complex credit scenarios

- Proven ability to build effective partnerships with colleagues and customers

- Experience with portfolio management and loan administration

- Proficiency with common software applications and financial analysis tools

Preferred qualifications:

- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
