Partnering with operational leaders, you will provide comprehensive training programs, hands-on skill development, and ongoing education. Your expertise will ensure high standards of care and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding and clinical education for staff
- Support transition-to-practice with continued education
- Validate clinical competencies to ensure protected practices
- Create simulation-based learning experiences
- Lead structured debriefing and reflective discussions Requirements:
- Current RN or RPN license
- 3-5 years of nursing experience required
- Certification in BCLS/CPR needed
- Experience with adult learning and staff education
- Familiarity with quality improvement principles Enhance resident care quality by driving educational excellence at Extendicare.
