We are seeking a diligent Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by implementing loss prevention strategies and monitoring surveillance systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Apprehend shoplifters and vandals
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of emergencies
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and security breaches
- Implement loss prevention policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in loss prevention or a related field
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
