Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Montreal-North, Quebec

About the Role

We are a manufacturing facility in Montreal-North looking for a Maintenance Electromechanic to join our team. The position is a permanent, fulltime post in a stable company that has been around since 1971.

Main Responsibilities:

· Perform repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment.

· Troubleshoot equipment failures and stoppage.

· Perform maintenance on building mechanics

· Respond to emergency calls and service requests.

· Other duties as required.

Requirements:

· Hold a diploma in mechanics (DEP). or experience in a similar role.

· Possess knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical concepts and building mechanics.

· Have valuable trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

· Spoken French or spoken English.

· Reliable and trustworthy.
