Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ConsultantLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)Salary: Up to $115,000 CADResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business needsSupport system integrations including Power Apps and Power AutomateAssist with data migration, testing, and production deploymentsProvide Level 1 and Level 2 application support and troubleshootingCollaborate with business and IT teams to gather and translate requirementsMaintain system documentation and CMDB updatesEnsure compliance with IT security and governance standardsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurationKnowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience with system integrations and data migrationFamiliarity with Agile methodology and ITIL practicesStrong analytical and communication skills
