Duties

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children
- Support children’s emotional well-being by promoting respectful communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
- Monitor children’s progress and document developmental milestones through detailed observations and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to tailor educational strategies for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom that adheres to safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Use computer skills to update records, communicate with families, and access educational resources efficiently

Skills

- Demonstrated experience working with young children in classroom settings or childcare environments
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices and Montessori teaching methods Montessori teaching is a plus
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation seamlessly
- Ability to operate computers and relevant software for record keeping and communication purposes
- Leadership qualities to guide children’s development while fostering independence and confidence
- Time management skills to balance lesson planning, classroom supervision, and administrative duties effectively
- Writing skills for documenting progress reports and communicating with families clearly
