Marketing Specialist

Pay: CA$55,000.00–CA$65,000.00 per year

Horizon Measurement Solutions is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives across the construction and surveying industries.

This role is suited for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys taking ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution. You will work closely with the sales team to strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

What You'll Own

- Stay up to date on current products related to our industry
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms
- Manage and schedule content across marketing channels
- Support lead generation initiatives and track inbound inquiries
- Maintain and update website content and marketing materials
- Create and coordinate sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and promotional materials
- Coordinate trade shows, customer events, promotions, and industry initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure marketing assets remain current, organized, and aligned with company branding

- Marketing campaigns are delivered on schedule
- Marketing channels remain active, organized, and up to date
- Leads are captured, tracked, and handed off to the sales team effectively
- Marketing materials are accurate, professional, and readily available
- Campaign performance is measured and reported consistently

What You Bring

- 2–5 years of marketing or related experience
- Experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, and website management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Considered an Asset

- Experience with CRM or lead management software
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events
