We are seeking a highly organized person who has excellent personal communication and computer skills , experience with EMR, ideally work experience in medical office , to join our team as a Medical Admin.

As a Medical Admin, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks in a busy OB/GYN medical office setting

Responsibilities include but not limited:

-Booking and rebooking medicall appointments,managing the patients phone calls

- Manage and update electronic medical records (EMR) system (Accuro, Velox)
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

-Booking surgeries and procedures with hospital ( RVH)

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements





- Previous experience working in a medical office setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
