Job Summary

As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll be one of the main faces of our club. You’ll assist with front desk operations, member support, sales, cleanliness, and day-to-day club activities while helping us create an excellent experience for our members.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, organized, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with membership inquiries, club tours, and sales
- Support daily office and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club
- Answer phone calls, emails, and member questions
- Assist with social media, promotions, and club events when needed
- Help identify and resolve member concerns
- Contribute to a fun, engaging, and positive club atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated




- Reliable and able to take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Fitness knowledge or education related to health, fitness, kinesiology, nutrition, or wellness is a strong asset
- Experience with social media, Canva, or content creation is a bonus

Position Details

- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling depending on availability
- Shifts may include daytime, evenings, and weekends
