- Technician

Responsibilities

· Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles

· Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using manufacturer tools and diagnostic equipment

· Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

· Install accessories, performance upgrades, and aftermarket products

· Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles

· Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate completed work clearly

· Follow all manufacturer procedures, safety standards, and dealership policies

· Maintain a clean and organized service environment

· Provide exceptional workmanship and contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications

· A Red Seal Motorcycle Technician certification is preferred.



Candidates with other related Red Seal certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician, Agricultural Equipment Technician, or similar mechanical trades, combined with strong motorcycle, powersports, or small engine experience will also be considered

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system concerns

· Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team setting
