Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist clients with body waxing services when required, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process




- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend retail products to support ongoing maintenance at home
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and nail art
- Solid knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing genuine recommendations
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus but not required; training can be provided
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
