Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience in retail sales and familiarity with salon operations will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Manage appointment bookings and confirmations using our POS system.
- Handle cash transactions, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area, including stocking merchandise and managing inventory levels.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to promote salon products effectively.
- Address client inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Support salon staff by coordinating schedules and supervising when necessary.




- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client information using basic math skills.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in salon environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is essential; experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Bilingual Vietnamese and English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for retail sales and transactions.
- Experience in supervising staff or assisting in training is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of product demos, upselling techniques, and retail math will be beneficial.
