Nail Technicians - Part-Time & Full-Time | Opening October 2026

Bring your talent to Yorkville. We're opening a premium nail salon built on exceptional artistry, elevated service, and precision in every detail - and we're looking for skilled technicians to grow with us from day one.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Proficiency in Russian/Eastern European manicure technique (required)
- Skilled in both manicures and dry pedicures
- Working proficiency in English
- Exceptional customer service, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strict adherence to all salon sanitation protocols

An asset

- Advanced nail art
- Nail extensions
- Knowledge of podology (medical pedicure)
- Russian language knowledge

Compensation & benefits

- Commission starts at 40%, based on experience level, with reviews every six months and clear paths to increase
- Ontario minimum wage guaranteed on all scheduled hours
- You get 100% of your tips
- 10% retail commission

The details

Technicians bring only their personal tools such as manicure scissors and cuticle nippers. We provide everything else. Team members are expected to encourage rebooking and recommend services and products that genuinely suit each client; full training is provided. Performance expectations are clearly defined through KPIs and reviewed in monthly meetings.
