Duties

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, workstations, and treatment areas
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Engage clients with friendly communication, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on nail care products and other beauty essentials




- Follow all safety protocols and stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative and current nail designs

Qualifications

- Proven experience in nail care services with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing treatments is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon growth
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for product promotion
- Must have at least 2years experience in the nail industry
