Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as hand creams, cuticle oils, or nail care kits to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist with body waxing services when qualified, providing a comprehensive beauty experience
- Promote retail sales by educating clients about product benefits and recommending suitable items for ongoing nail maintenance at home




- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent infections

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art design
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively
- Ability to perform body waxing services with professionalism when required
- Proven ability in upselling retail products and additional services to boost revenue
- Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment at all times
- Exceptional customer service skills that foster a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat business
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products confidently
