We are currently seeking a Commissionaire to join our growing team.This posting is for an existing vacancy.Your commitment to serving the needs of our clients and employees will encourage client and employee loyalty and enhance our organization's success.WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Provide prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents, focusing on their individual needs and wantsEstablish positive working relationships with business owners and suppliers in the area in order to provide residents with high quality and reliable recommendationsAnswer, record, and process all resident calls, messages, requests, questions or concernsRecord and report resident complaints to the Building Manager for immediate actionProvide building access to contractors and visitors by maintaining contractor logs and managing access devicesMonitor access by activating and maintaining log of security access cards and fobs,
