As the Program Development Lead, you'll craft activities that facilitate smooth transitions into the workforce. Your work will involve conducting assessments, creating trauma-informed plans, and executing workshops aimed at improving participant outcomes. Collaboration with vocational partners and meticulous program evaluation are key to ensuring that outcomes align with the mission of the Come to Work Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement programs aligned with employment goals
• Facilitate targeted workshops for job readiness
• Conduct program evaluations and suggest improvements
• Supervise Program Coordinator(s) and oversee daily operations
• Maintain detailed progress records for compliance
Requirements:
• Experience in vocational services or program management
• Knowledge of accessibility and disability inclusion practices
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
