Lemongrass Bistro Ltd is looking for a Full time Head Chef (NOC 62200) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Job Description

- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of Lemongrass Bistro
- Consult with clients regarding banquets and specialty functions
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
- Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and hire staff
- As needed, prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
- Experience with Asian cuisine is an asset.
- Language in the workplace is English – Basic English/ESL is ok

We Offer

- $36.60 per hour
