Job Overview The Game Hub is an open, inclusive gaming space dedicated to TCG, board game, RPG, and tabletop enthusiasts. We are looking for someone with knowledge of various tabletop hobbies—particularly Magic: The Gathering—to join our team and help grow our community.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Manage TCG card sales, including pulling lists from Discord and our kiosk system to accurately fulfill orders.

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by sharing your hobby expertise, recommending products, and helping customers discover new games.

Game Education: Learn and stay current on various TCGs to assist customers with rules, gameplay, and onboarding.

Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the shop floor, kitchen, and restroom facilities.

Operations: Perform daily store opening and closing procedures with attention to detail and security.

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft)

- Reading comprehension

- You must know the alphabet

- Customer service/Sales experience a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
