This is a sales and client-development opportunity—not an administrative position. You will receive direct mentorship, proven systems and access to warm leads and an established client database.

Responsibilities

- Make warm calls to past clients and existing leads
- Respond to online inquiries
- Follow up consistently and book appointments
- Update all conversations and follow-ups in the CRM
- Assist with showings, open houses and basic property research
- Help prepare buyer and listing information

Ideal Candidate




- Newly licensed in British Columbia
- Comfortable and confident on the telephone
- Motivated, coachable and dependable
- Willing to work scheduled hours from the Surrey office
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Professional and client-focused
- Has reliable transportation
