Responsibilities

- Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections while following proper protocols and safety guidelines.
- Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans including injectables, skincare products, and other treatment modalities.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, and maintenance plans.
- Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments.
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional patient care, post-treatment follow-ups, andappropriate homecarerecommendations.
- Monitor and support patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort, safety, andoptimaloutcomes.
- Maintainaccurateand detailed medical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and post-treatment tracking.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and stay current on industry trends, new techniques, treatments,



and product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Set up, clean, sanitize, andmaintaina sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Learn and perform current treatments and procedures asrequired.
- Assistwith clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and treatment conversion opportunities.
- Capture standardized before-and-after patient photographsin accordance withclinic protocols.
- Assistwith inventory management for injectables

Qualifications

- College Diploma in Nursing
- Hold the license of Registered Nurse (registered with the CNO)
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience
- Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively
- Spoken and written languages: fluency English
- Be available foroccasionalevening/weekendwork, asrequired
- Excellentcommunicateskills.
