Gameday is excited to welcome a Nurse Practioner with at least 2 years of experience to our growing team. Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P-shots) experience is a definite plus!

Duties

- Evaluate for low testosterone and, with the option to consult with our physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
- Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and create treatment plans involving Shockwave, P-shot, and Trimix.
- Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on analysis of lab results.




- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures if necessary for diagnostic testing.
- Collaborate with Physician, Medical Assistant(s) and Receptionist to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education.
- Maintain clinic census goals.
- Comply with federal, provincial, and municipal legal and professional requirements.
- Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records using our CRM record systems.
- Stay updated with advancements in medical practices and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience.
- Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active Controlled Substance Registration.

Clinic Hours:

Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 10:00am- 7:00pm

Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday : 9:00am - 2:00pm
