Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing friendly service to enhance their experience
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Support food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations




Manage serving duties efficiently during busy periods while prioritizing customer satisfaction
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Solid customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic math for cash handling and transactions
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak times
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and serving procedures
