A hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
Lead, coach, train, and support restaurant employees.
Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, food costs, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
Address guest concerns and maintain high service standards.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
Robust leadership and team development skills.




Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and food safety.
Experience with restaurant POS systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating positive guest experiences.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
