Job Summary
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations, ensuring seamless customer service, driving sales and profitability, and leading a talented front-of-house team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, implementing strategic initiatives, and upholding our high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Oversee all front-of-house operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and enhance menu offerings and presentation




Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, in a upscale, high-volume setting
Demonstrated success in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and develop a team
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience
