Become a crucial part of Blyth Brewing & Distilling as a Dishwasher, maintaining dishware hygiene and supporting a dynamic kitchen. This role is vital for effective food service and offers potential advancement.

Reporting to the Chef, the Dishwasher will wash all dishware and cutlery swiftly to keep up with the kitchen’s pace. This position encourages collaboration and provides an opportunity for growth into Prep and Line Cook roles. Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes manually and with an automatic dishwasher
Assist kitchen staff with prep and plating tasks
Conduct cleaning duties as assigned, including mopping and sweeping
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Take on additional tasks as required

Requirements:
Ability to build positive relationships with staff
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Solid sense of urgency and pace adaptability
Effective teamwork and directive-following skills
Availability for flexible working hours
