Xpert Aero Technologies Limited is an AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified aerospace manufacturing company specializing in precision CNC machining and assemblies for leading aerospace customers. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team on the day shift.

Candidates must be able to:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines 3x, 4x and 5 axis
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Machine precision components to tight tolerances.
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Make tool offsets and minor program adjustments as required.
Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation.
Keep work areas clean and follow com
Must have own Toolbox and tools
Complete in-process inspection reports and quality documentation during production.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records in accordance with AS9100 and company procedures

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Robust knowledge of CNC milling machines and machining practices.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Experience using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment.




Experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 manufacturing environment is an asset.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Work independently with minimum supervision
Trade school certificate is an asset.

Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and setup CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in blueprint reading, machining, and basic math will ensure high-quality manufacturing outcomes. Additionally, your relevant experience with hand tools and lean manufacturing principles will contribute to a streamlined workflow.
