Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Casino Cashier to join our dynamic gaming setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively casino atmosphere where excellent customer service is paramount. Prior supervisory experience and leadership skills are a plus, as this position may involve overseeing junior staff and maintaining operational standards.

Duties
Manage guest cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including exchanging chips for cash and vice versa
Ensure all monetary exchanges are conducted in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash drawers at the end of each shift
Assist in supervising other cashier staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor gaming areas for security concerns or irregularities, reporting any suspicious activity to management




Uphold the integrity of the casino’s financial operations through diligent cash handling and adherence to procedures
Support guest services by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guests’ needs are met

Requirements
Strong basic math skills for quick and accurate calculations during transactions
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills to enhance the guest experience
Proven ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times
Experience in guest services or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory
Must be able to work adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $16.40 per hour
