Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Quarry Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks related to the processing of aggregates in a quarry setting and the loading of aggregates onto marine vessels. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to operate and/or work around heavy machinery effectively.
Crusher and Screening Plant operators (cone crushers, trommel, wash plant, screening plants)
Heavy Equipment Operators - Loader, Excavator, Rock Truck, Rock Hammer, Skidsteer, Bulldozer
Rock Truck Drivers
Ground Personnel - supporting crushing/screening operations
Mechanics/Maintenance Persons
Welders/Fabricators

Duties - Vary by task but include:
Operate and maintain heavy equipment and/or crushers and screeners.
Assist in the processing of stone, gravel, and other materials from the quarry site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Safety-focused at heights: Fully capable of operating and performing work at elevated heights while strictly adhering to fall protection and site safety protocols




Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals efficiently.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Must be willing to work 50+ hours per week as needed. Weekend work required as necessary.

Experience
Previous experience in a quarry or similar industrial setting
