Overview:
We are seeking a part time (2 - 4 shifts per week), including weekends evening , skilled, experienced and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Assist with food preparation as needed
Skills:
Serving it right required, the food industry REQUIRED
Robust knowledge of wine and spirits
Ability to work well in a high volume environment while delivering exceptional service
Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
