Responsibilities:
Be a leader to production line workers to maintain a smooth production flow.
Organize commissary and office space.
Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.
Assemble and package products according to company specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and meet production quotas.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.
Ability to balance physical tasks with office work.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.
Willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed.




Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.

Bonuses:
Annual Performance Bonus
$50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
$25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
$15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
$5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)
$1,000 bonus for each successful location you find

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
