Neno's Paint & Body is a well established family-owned and operated Auto Body collision repair center with ICBC Accreditation. We take pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer reviews and a relaxed work workplace. We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with experience working preferred. This role involves repairing vehicles to their original condition, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. The technician will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Perform body repairs, panel replacement, and related parts while adhering to safety and quality standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete vehicle repairs to meet shop standards and customer expectations
Work with estimators, painters,



parts staff and management to keep repair process moving efficiently
Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to ensure safety and productivity

Qualifications
Red Seal Certification is required
Proven experience in automotive body repair or related field; I-CAR or Industry Training is a asset but employer will provide additional training
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
Experience with automotive repair processes and techniques
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to ensure quality results
Mechanic experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement in skills

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
