IELTS Instructor (Part-Time) – Learning Point

Location: Sherwood Park and Millwoods, AB
Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Hours

Learning Point is a growing tutoring and academic support centre in Sherwood Park & Edmonton, dedicated to helping students achieve their educational goals. We are expanding our programs and are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Instructor to help students prepare for the IELTS Academic and General Training exams.

Responsibilities
Teach IELTS preparation classes for Academic and General Training modules.
Prepare students for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking sections.
Assess students' English proficiency and develop personalized learning plans.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
Conduct mock IELTS tests and review performance.
Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Previous experience teaching IELTS, ESL, or English language courses is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is an asset.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Able to manage groups.





Schedule
Flexible part-time hours.
Evening and weekend availability preferred.
Opportunity to teach one or multiple days per week based on your availability.
