Centaur Subaru is currently accepting resumes for a Service Advisor position.

Our service counter is quick-paced and friendly. Applicants must be capable of performing multiple, daily tasks in an organized manner. Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Job responsibilities are:
In-person customer service and vehicle check in/out
Confirming customer requests and up-selling repairs
Booking telephone and verifying on-line appointments
Confirmation of warranty recalls applicable to appointments
Creating and maintaining quotations & special orders
Updating customer on vehicle progress
Checking voicemail, email and texts to assist customers
Closing/completion of work orders and some warranty processing

Base pay + monthly team bonus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
