Plumber / Skilled Tradesperson – Mobile Food Equipment

We are seeking a versatile plumber / skilled tradesperson to join our team, specializing in the installation and of plumbing systems in mobile food equipment, mostly hot dog carts and food trucks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong plumbing experience who is also comfortable with light electrical work and skilled in using a wide range of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
Install and service water systems in mobile units, including food trucks, concession trailers, food carts, and RV-style equipment
Work on restaurant and food service equipment such as espresso machines, woks, ice makers, dishwashers, combi ovens, and steam tables
Perform plumbing using PEX, copper, compression fittings, and related materials
Install and maintain 12V plumbing and lighting systems
Assist with general assembly and related shop tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience using hand and power tools (including angle grinders)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems




Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a energetic, hands-on work setting

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, based on skills and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
