Duties
Provide skilled hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service to encourage repeat business.




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting.
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining excellent service quality.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
