Job Summary

Join our dynamic dental team as a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist and make a meaningful difference in patients’ oral health and confidence! In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional dental hygiene care in a friendly, skilled workplace. Your expertise will help promote healthy smiles while providing outstanding patient education and support.

Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.
Take digital X-rays, ensuring accurate diagnostics and patient comfort.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies.
Assist with patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and updating dental records using Tracker practice management software.
Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety.
Manage appointment scheduling,



patient follow-ups, and treatment plan explanations to enhance the patient experience.
Maintain a clean, organized operatories and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.

Qualifications
Valid licenence as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Positive standing with CDHO
Proven experience in dental hygiene.
Proficiency with Tracker or similar dental practice management software.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient health records.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous dental assisting or office experience is advantageous for supporting team operations.
