Position: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including CMMS.
Support capital projects, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor maintenance performance, compliance, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
Engineering or skilled trades background (433A/442A preferred); P.Eng., MMP, or PEMAC are assets.
Experience with CMMS, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.
Robust leadership, project management, and organizational skills.

Pay: $150,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
