In this pivotal role, you will establish and oversee the newly formed 402 Squadron Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO). Candidates should possess solid aerospace engineering expertise, a detailed understanding of technical airworthiness, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement 402 Squadron AMO accreditation

Oversee quality assurance across airworthiness scopes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or aerospace technology
Minimum 6 years of aerospace maintenance experience
Knowledge of Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM)
Proven SMM responsibilities experience
Ability to secure Government of Canada Security Clearance
