Overview We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and possess a robust work ethic. Duties - Perform quality control checks on construction projects - Utilize ProCore and other construction management software for project coordination - Assist in construction estimating and budgeting - Supervise and coordinate laborers in office - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project execution - Participate in the build process under the guidance of senior team members Skills - Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore - Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately - Experience in construction estimating and budgeting is a plus - Solid supervisory skills to oversee laborers effectively
