Lead Carpenters – Residential Construction

B.C. Home Builders is recruiting an experienced Lead Carpenter for residential construction.

Strong candidates will possess both carpentry and leadership experience, and be interested in the diversity of work that typical in residential construction. In this role,



you will be both leading projects and working on the tools. We require candidates to have experience in some of the following areas: framing, drywall, concrete, demolition, decks, stairs, interior renovations, and finishing. A red seal in carpentry or equivalent experience is a must. Additionally, you must be a team player and be able to work independently, problem solve, maintain clean and organized work sites, take direction well, and supply your own reliable transportation.

Wages are very competitive for industry standards and will be based on experience, performance and productivity.

Journeymen Carpentry: 3 years (required)
