Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our restaurant's standards of excellence.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.




Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic kitchen workplace.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
