Responsibilities
Safely transport refrigerated freight throughout Canada and the United States
Operate manual transmission tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
Ensure freight is delivered safely and on schedule
Comply with all company policies and applicable Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Qualifications
Valid Ontario AZ Licence
Must be able to operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer
Minimum 2 years of AZ tractor-trailer driving experience (preferred)
Previous cross-border experience is considered an asset
Valid passport or RAPID Card (or eligible to obtain one)
Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
Robust commitment to safety and customer service
Reefer experience is an asset but not required
Long-haul Canada/U.S. routes
