Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety practices within a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Participate in training current kitchen staff on food handling procedures and equipment usage.
Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cooking duties.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
A passion for meal preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
