Duties
Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic setting for clients and staff
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
Upsell retail nail care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits




Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon or spa area to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
Stay informed about the latest trends in nail design and techniques to continually elevate service quality

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
Strong commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting nail care products effectively
