Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

. Achieve sales targets

. Achieve customer service targets and resolve difficult customer issues

. Lead, motivate, and retain a team of high-performing employees

. Maximize on hand inventory by focusing on selling what we own today and actively communicating inventory needs

. Create an environment which is spirited and results driven

Qualifications:

. Minimum of two years of store manager experience

.



Minimum high school education or equivalent, bachelors degree on business or related field preferred

. Willingness to work a adaptable schedule to meet the needs of the business

. Aptitude with cash register and office computer

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
