OMS Montessori is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and bilingual Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Casa program, working with children aged 3 to 6 years.

OMS Montessori is a leading non-profit Montessori school with an enrolment of over 400 students, serving children from Toddler through High School. Our learning environments are thoughtfully prepared and fully equipped with core Montessori materials.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a Montessori classroom alongside a Montessori Educator and two Assistants, supporting the implementation of a high-quality, child-centred program.

Qualifications and Requirements
Registered and in valuable standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
Previous experience working with young children




Strong commitment to teamwork and professionalism
Knowledge of and interest in the Montessori philosophy
Bilingual (French is required)
A deep respect for children, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a good sense of humour

Montessori training is not required; however, familiarity with Montessori principles and a solid desire to support their implementation in the classroom are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 41.0 per week
