Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Crew Member to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work, with a strong focus on quality and safety. Prior experience with landscape maintenance, mechanical tools, or construction is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties
Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform general turf maintenance using hand tools and power equipment
Operate machinery such as skid steers and irrigation systems for installation or repair projects
Assist with planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering plants to promote healthy growth
Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Support construction or installation projects related to landscape features or irrigation systems




Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized after completing tasks
Follow safety protocols during operation of machinery and handling of tools

Skills
Experience with landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and power tools
Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices
Ability to operate excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus
Robust understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and gardening principles
Mechanical knowledge helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues
Construction experience beneficial for installing or repairing landscape features
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
