Duties
Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the facility.
Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain a secure environment.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address security concerns.
Document incidents and maintain accurate records of daily activities and observations.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage to property.
Skills
Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Robust observational skills with the ability to identify unusual behavior or potential threats.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations professionally.
